... I've been meaning to do this for ages: widen the margins and doing something about the far too grey look of the blog template. So: a much simpler template allows even me eejit to do some html, colourise the sidebar and label cloud accordingly, plus: long overdue, to add some more links.
Better?!

I meant to say my approval, but I am under the weather & short on words.
All is very well, including the banner picture. Can it be posted with more dpi, however? Might be a little fuzzy as is.
Cheers, Casey!
I hope you're feeling better soon!!
No - fuzziness is on purpose... me playing a bit more with PS, but that's not good that it looks simply like bad resolution... :)
the blog style is looking good and that last painting is beautiful :D
Wonderful look. I'm still struggling with blogger. Won't let me post a new banner. >-( Yours is so sophisticated!
Sorry for the crit. The colors and image are great!
I had to write some code that allowed me more than one banner, and loaded my banner that way. It is a whole separate design/jpeg done on PS, and then written in to my template, I guess. I discovered the trick at Blogger for Dummies.
Nabend meine Süße, sieht wunderbar aus. Luftig! Und fuzzy is life ;-)

Many thanks for those nice comments...
Lindsay - sophistication - I think a good part of that lies in the actual template and how you can organise that... I found that when I played around with the colour theme, and the different elements in there (layout/font-colour section of dashboard) it actually went ok.
And similarly to Casey, there's some decent help in forums to get to what's needed... and to spend many hours on that in the process
Irene: Ja! Genau! xx
Thanks Gesa. Think I'll take a look at "bloggers for dummies"!
